Well, here we are in February already and still waiting for the new rules and rates from OPA. At the Guelph Organic Fair last week-end we talked to lots of people who are keen on having solar panels installed but without exception all must wait for the new deal. There is really no choice, as we cant say how much they’ll be earning from their investment. Read more..
